Job summary

Diality, a medical device company in Irvine, CA, seeks a visionary Vice President of Operations to scale manufacturing and global supply chains. You will drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, manage budgets, and align R&D with commercial goals while upholding FDA/ISO 13485 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or operations field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15–20 years in progressive operations leadership in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience guiding R&D to commercial launch in startups or fast-growth environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage P&L.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into scalable manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and cost optimization within operations.
• Lead end-to-end program execution and standardize project management.
• Direct manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics activities.
• Ensure FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and GMP regulatory compliance.
