Globus Medical is seeking a Supplier Selection Lead to drive a pipeline of supply chain projects focused on reliability and cost-out. You will lead cross-functional teams and regularly brief the C-suite on progress toward strategic milestones.

The role includes involvement in M&A integration, vendor negotiations, and sourcing activities, working closely with Purchasing, Planning, ERP, and Legal to ensure compliant and effective contracts. Strong Excel/MRP skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of supply chain experience required, preferably in medical device or healthcare manufacturing.
• Strong Excel and ERP/MRP experience and ability to perform complex analytics.
• Ability to brief executives and present progress to senior leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver projects that drive reliability and reduce costs.
• Provide monthly briefs to C-suite on progress toward timelines and objectives.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and vendor negotiations during sourcing activities.
