Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required.
• A advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in medical product manufacturing or related regulated environment.
• Experience sourcing components internationally and managing foreign contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations strategy, capacity planning, cost management, quality performance, and scalability.
• Develop long-term manufacturing roadmap aligned with growth objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee supplier networks, including international sourcing and contract manufacturing.
• Lead design, startup, and regulatory readiness of new manufacturing facilities.
• Establish KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost improvement.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and standard work across operations.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing manufacturing leadership team.
