Job summary

Sarnova seeks a Vice President of Manufacturing Operations to lead manufacturing strategy, ops execution, global sourcing, and facility development. This executive will scale capabilities to support Sarnova’s mission to save and improve patients’ lives.

The role partners with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure product safety, availability, and compliant operations, driving efficiency and growth across the medical product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Executive-level leadership in regulated medical manufacturing environments.
• Experience building and scaling manufacturing facilities and networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations for medical products with strategy, capacity, cost, quality and scalability.
• Oversee supplier and contract manufacturing relationships globally for sourcing and cost.
• Lead new facility design, start-up and regulatory readiness.
