Job summary

OrganOx Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate the US operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role focuses on overseeing distribution, warehousing partners, and daily logistics to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in inventory and supply chain, with ERP proficiency, and 2+ years of people management. Travel up to 10% is expected to support a global medical device business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in inventory, supply chain or logistics.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems.
• 2+ years of managing direct reports preferred.
• Experience in medical device industry preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and globally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate US operations to meet customer requirements and OrganoX Inc. needs.
• Manage distribution and storage of sub-components, spares, tooling and finished goods.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in supply chain for quality, delivery, cost and service.
• Oversee daily US operations and logistics to achieve business objectives.
• Develop, monitor and report KPIs to drive performance and cost efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, safety stock levels and proper records.
