Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Logistics Project Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet schedule and budget goals.

You will manage scope, budgets, and contractor relationships while controlling costs and ensuring safety standards across port operations, transportation, and deliveries to project sites. Excellent communication and analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (3-5 years) required.
• 3+ years’ experience in transportation planning/project cargo.
• Ability to read scopes of work and MSA contracts.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations.
• Experience with cost models and/or cost analysis.
• Excellent Project Management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Fluency in English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage budgets and track project costs.
• Oversee logistics supplier contracts.
• Prepare customs documentation forms with carriers and brokers.
• Coordinate deliveries to project sites and monitor progress.
• Ensure safety and adherence to regulations during port operations.
• Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions.
• Track KPIs using logistics software and report to management.
