Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Sr. Manager, XOPP Business Operations & Program Management in New York. You will run operating models, governance, and programs across global and international product teams, delivering disciplined execution and accountability.

You will coordinate planning rhythms, portfolio intake, prioritization, and reporting, partnering with Engineering, GTM, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to turn plans into results using data, AI, and automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, program or portfolio management.
• Experience with large-scale transformation and change initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver digital programs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed org.
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Structured problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects of diverse scope to optimize operational processes.
• Participate in complex problem resolution and define methods for new assignments.
• Drive global process improvements within the organization.
• Oversee planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
• Act as liaison between business leadership, staff, and key partners.
