Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, program or portfolio management, or corporate strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and change to improve execution and accountability.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver digital products and technology-enabled initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across a matrixed organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean Six Sigma and planning tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project or Tableau).
• Experience with AI/automation in operations or reporting is a plus.
