Achievable N Automated is seeking an Operations Manager (International) to oversee global operations, drive efficiency and ensure consistent service delivery across markets. The role collaborates with local teams, HQ, and external partners to execute multi-regional initiatives.

The position requires a strong background in operations management, supply chain, and financial oversight, with a focus on international expansion and regulatory compliance. Remote work across MENA and Europe is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, International Business, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all international offices and facilities.
• Develop strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Ensure consistent delivery of products/services across multiple international markets.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across various countries and regions.
• Align international teams with headquarters through communication and performance reviews.
• Foster teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within global teams.
• Develop, monitor KPIs for international operations.
• Identify and address operational challenges including supply chain and regulatory issues.
• Negotiate contracts and manage key vendor relationships to optimize global supply chain.
• Manage international operations budget and forecast costs.
• Collaborate with finance for efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international trade laws.
