Qualifications

Strategy & Process Improvement:

Client and Partner Relations:

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:

Project Management:

• Lead international projects, from inception to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Reporting & Data Analysis:

• Analyze international operations data to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership regarding international operations performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Travel & Regional Presence:

• Travel to international markets as necessary to oversee operations, meet with clients/partners, and support local teams.
• Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
