Topaz HR Global is seeking a Global Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our international workforce and client accounts from West Orange, NJ. The role coordinates between clients, offshore teams, recruiting, HR, and finance to keep onboarding, payroll inputs, billing details, and communications accurate and proactive.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in staffing, BPO, outsourcing, or workforce/HR operations.
• Strong organizational skills across multiple employees, clients, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and owners.
• Proactive in identifying issues and making sound decisions.
• Experience with international teams and multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle for global employees, including offers, onboarding, changes, performance coordination, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, equipment, system access, and first‑30‑day follow‑up.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, PTO, and payroll inputs for accurate processing.
• Maintain regular client communication regarding performance, staffing needs, and upcoming workforce requirements.
• Monitor trends and coordinate follow‑ups on attendance, engagement, retention, and attrition.
• Maintain an accurate master workforce roster with assignments, compensation, start dates, and status.
• Coordinate changes with finance to support accurate billing and payroll.
• Partner with recruiting and internal teams on new requisitions and scalable processes.
