Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to oversee multi-shift operations, ensuring SOP adherence, safety, and housekeeping while driving continuous improvement across the plant. The role emphasizes producing quality parts and meeting production schedules through strong cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in business or related field, 10 years in manufacturing, and proven leadership with Lean and continuous improvement methods, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years in a manufacturing role.
• Management experience.
• Obtain Powered Industrial Vehicle license.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Quality Improvement principles and system improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all disciplines across multiple shifts for SOPs, audits, safety, and housekeeping.
• Provide quality parts/products to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are met.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep machines, tools, and assembly lines operating at peak efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors, and production personnel across multiple shifts.
• Champion workplace safety initiatives and compliance across all shifts.
