Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an engineering leader with broad experience in manufacturing, operations, and process improvement. The role provides technical leadership and coordinates cross-functional initiatives to drive safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, lead projects from concept through deployment, and serve as a subject-matter expert in one or more engineering disciplines, shaping solutions that support business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, or related fields.
Ability to lead complex technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and project teams.
Lead or support complex engineering projects from concept to implementation.
Drive continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, reliability, and cost.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement technical solutions.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert in one or more engineering disciplines.
