Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 10+ years in manufacturing, and proven management capability. Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement are essential, with a valid forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SOPs, audits, safety and housekeeping across multiple shifts.
• Provide quality parts to meet daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep lines operating efficiently.
• Lead, mentor and develop Operations Managers and supervisors across shifts.
• Champion workplace safety initiatives and compliance.
