Quality Talent Group is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations leader to oversee multi-shift SOPs, quality output, and safety across the production floor. You will coordinate maintenance, mentor supervisors, and drive continuous improvement to meet schedules and standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on management, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong commitment to shop floor organization and employee development. On-site position with a focus on performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
• Management experience.
• Able to obtain Powered Industrial Vehicle license.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Quality Improvement principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all disciplines across multiple shifts for SOPs, audits, safety, and housekeeping.
• Provide quality parts/products to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are met.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep machines and lines operating efficiently.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors, and production personnel.
• Ensure shift personnel adhere to the highest standards of shop floor organization and cleanliness.
