Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10 years in manufacturing, and solid management experience with a Lean/continuous quality improvement background. LIC license and strong safety focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SOPs, audits, safety, and housekeeping across multiple shifts.
• Provide quality parts to meet daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep lines operating at peak efficiency.
• Lead and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors, and production personnel.
• Champion workplace safety initiatives and compliance across shifts.
