Quality Talent Group is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to oversee multi-shift operations, ensuring SOP compliance, safety, and housekeeping while delivering quality parts to meet schedules. You will coordinate with maintenance to maximize uptime and lead a team of Operations Managers and Supervisors across shifts.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and a solid Lean/CI background to drive continuous improvement and plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years in a manufacturing role.
• Management experience.
• Powered Industrial Vehicle license.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Quality Improvement principles and system Improvement Methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all disciplines across multiple shifts for SOPs, audits, safety and housekeeping.
• Provide quality parts/products to ensure production schedules are met daily and weekly.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep machines, tools, and lines operating at peak efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors and production personnel across multiple shifts.
• Ensure shift personnel adhere to the highest standards of shop floor organization and plant cleanliness.
