Job summary

nVent invites high-potential early-career professionals to join the Supervision & Operations Leadership Development Program (LDP) for 18 months, starting June 2027. You will gain hands-on leadership experience in front-line operations and supply chain, with onboarding, mentorship, and a global network.

The program emphasizes training, community, and career opportunities across rotation locations including Minneapolis, MN and Cleveland, OH, with relocation support and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management or related field.
• Graduating between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027; available to start full-time in Jun 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future.
• Geographic flexibility during and after the program.
• Previous internship, co-op, or work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
