Job summary

nVent - Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking high-potential graduates for a 3-year rotational program starting June 2026. You will rotate across Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, ERP/Business Process, and Digital PMO tracks to build broad capabilities in a global electrical solutions company.

You will gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, data visualization, and business processes while developing leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, IT, MIS, business analytics, or related field; graduating May/June 2026 and available to begin full time employment in June 2026.
Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future.
Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate to Minneapolis, MN for the opportunity.
Previous internship, club involvement, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

Participate in nVent's Digital Leadership Development Program rotations across multiple tracks (Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Business Process, Digital PMO, ERP Technical).
Support governance, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement across rotating assignments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and leadership development opportunities.
