Job summary
nVent Enclosure Systems LLC offers an 18-month Leadership Development Program (LDP) designed to ignite leadership potential in early career professionals within supply chain. You’ll join a cohort, begin with onboarding in June 2027, and rotate through locations including Minneapolis, MN, with strong training, mentorship, and career opportunities across a global company.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management or related degree.
- Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 and available to begin full-time employment in June 2027.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future.
- Geographic flexibility both during and upon completion of the program.
- Previous internship, co-op, or work experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Join a cohort of early career professionals in supply chain functions.
- Kickstart the journey in June 2027 with onboarding and training, setting the stage for the program.
