Job summary
SpaceX’s Starlink Global Operations Manager role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to enable rapid market access and sustained growth across live markets. You will work with leadership to analyze data, develop business models, and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve operations and customer experiences.
The position requires 4+ years in operations/strategy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
- 1+ year experience abroad or with international operations.
- 1+ year of analytical experience (Excel modeling, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive execution plans for market access and rapid growth.
- Track and report KPIs including activation timeliness and market health.
- Guide planning and resource management for specific verticals within Starlink.
- Identify initiatives for improvement and lead implementation with leadership.
- Lead cross-functional process improvements for handoffs and execution.
