Aquent Talent seeks a results-oriented operations leader to shape the backbone of our programs globally from Boulder. You will optimize performance, standardize processes, and drive customer-impacting initiatives with minimal guidance.

Your work will influence efficiency and experience across multiple programs and teams. You will manage end-to-end operations, develop SOPs, and partner with internal and external teams to deliver scalable improvements that align with service levels and business

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze data and plan improvements.
• Deep knowledge of service level agreements and operational metrics.
• Extensive experience in client and partner management.
• Track record of leading teams and driving process automation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Broad industry knowledge and business operations expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, launch, standardization, and optimization of operational processes for programs.
• Drive efficiency programs including re-engineering, automation, and outsourcing.
• Track trends and implement improvements with autonomy.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
• Oversee end-to-end customer experience for programs and operations.
• Collaborate with partners to scope, execute, and manage projects.
• Ensure compliance with legal, risk, financial, and privacy guidelines.
• Publish KPIs and performance insights for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and scale best practices.
