Job summary

Aquent partners with a global technology leader to support operations, data integrity, and client engagements in Los Angeles. The role focuses on maintaining the alignment of client portfolios, segments, and organizational data, enabling efficient business processes.

You will manage high-volume change tasks, review contracts and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent overruns and ensure compliance. A strong analytic mindset and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in business operations or analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with accounting and mathematical principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume change management, including client portfolio updates, personnel changes, leave of absence processing, and related data correction work.
• Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
• Approve project and work breakdown structures.
• Review and approve the documentation of business processes.
• Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitoring transaction controls and costs against budgets.
• Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.
• Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client, and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals.
• Prepare sub-agreements and review and input sub-consultant invoices to ensure contract compliance.
