Job summary

OmniOn Power seeks a Senior Director, Global Operations Finance & Performance to partner with Global Operations and Supply Chain leadership and manufacturing operations across our footprint. The role translates financial and operational data into actions that improve EBITDA, cost performance, productivity and working capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and drive cross-functional corrective actions.
• Experience partnering with senior operations leaders to deliver measurable EBITDA, cost, productivity and working capital improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Operations Finance performance cadence across manufacturing sites with standardized KPI definitions and regular reviews.
• Drive Manufacturing Cost, Productivity & EBITDA improvement, including labor productivity, PPV, variance analysis and overhead absorption.
• Lead Working Capital & Cash performance initiatives across raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Provide Profitability & Decision Support analyses for products, customers and sites, including cost-to-serve and make-or-buy decisions.
• Oversee Transformation initiatives, benefits realization, and capital planning with robust financial baselines and metrics.
• Guide Operations Planning, Forecasting & Capital Allocation in the annual plan and multi-year projections.
