Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions in Ball Ground, GA seeks a Senior Director of Operations to lead the manufacturing network and translate strategy into operational excellence. You will drive daily management, Lean deployment, and governance to accelerate decision-making and improve performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Reporting to the VP/GM, Clean Energy Solutions, this role will scale leadership capability, ensure enterprise adherence to OpEx standards, and optimize capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, applied engineering, business, or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience, including multi-site responsibility.
• Proven ability to deploy structured operating systems such as Daily Management, policy deployment, and Lean transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CES operations network using Dover’s Operating Model with disciplined execution and daily management.
• Deploy Lean tools and governance mechanisms to enable rapid escalation and root-cause problem solving.
• Drive capacity planning, footprint strategy, and capital deployment to optimize the manufacturing network.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to ensure value streams support manufacturability and lifecycle support.
