Job summary

OmniOn Power in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior HR Director for Global R&D to shape workforce strategy, leadership development, and organizational design across geographies.

You will partner with R&D leaders, build talent pipelines, oversee HR programs, and lead a small HR team reporting to the VP of HR. This is a senior, strategic role demanding global perspective, change management, and a market-leading culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Partnership with R&D leaders on talent strategy, org performance, leadership development, culture and workforce planning.
• Lead talent strategies including succession planning, pipeline development, and leadership assessment.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align recruiting with workforce plans and high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Lead change management, analyze HR metrics, and drive data-backed solutions across global operations.
• Provide coaching to senior leaders and manage a small HR team supporting global R&D.
