Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Director of Global Operations & Facilities to lead our worldwide workplace operations as we scale. You will own the global workplace strategy, mentor Operations Managers, and ensure offices and infrastructure meet growth demands.

You will partner with Employee Experience, IT, People, Finance, and Procurement to build scalable operations while preserving an exceptional employee experience. NYC office presence required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading workplace operations, facilities, or related function.
• Experience managing global or multi-site environments.
• Experience supporting 200–400+ onsite employees.
• Strong capacity planning, forecasting, and process development.
• Proven project management and senior stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cyera’s global workplace strategy.
• Lead Operations Managers across global locations.
• Drive headcount, capacity, and space planning for growth.
• Oversee office openings, relocations, and renovations.
• Manage global facilities budget, forecasting, and vendor negotiations.
• Establish scalable processes, metrics, and standards.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to support growth and culture.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving.
