• 10+ years of experience in core People Operations roles.
• Experience operating in hypergrowth environments during rapid scale.
• Ability to build and scale through systems and leverage.

• Own operational analytics and reporting.
• Build and lead a People Operations team.
• Design operational process for scalability.
