Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Senior Manager, Channel Operations to serve as the strategic owner of Channel Operations in North America, with remote work options in the US. You will design scalable processes, dashboards, and cadences with senior Channel leadership to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

You will manage two Channel Ops ICs, lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Enablement, and build the operational rigor needed for rapid growth in a SaaS

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or GTM Ops supporting partner-led growth in a SaaS environment.
• Strategic operator who can design scalable processes in fast-growing orgs.
• Channel fluency across GSIs, Resellers/VARs, Technology Alliances, and CSPs.
• Strong Salesforce expertise with reporting, dashboards, and workflows that executives trust.
• Proven leadership mentoring others and partnering with Channel leadership.
• Bias for scale: focus on repeatability, leverage, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Channel operating model with senior Channel leadership to scale top partners.
• Define operational cadences, metrics reviews, and run-the-business insights.
• Define KPIs for channel effectiveness: partner-sourced/influenced revenue, velocity, and activation.
• Own channel Ops processes: deal registration, partner program operations, and incentives tracking.
• Serve as business owner for Channel Operations in Salesforce; collaborate on tooling and analytics.
• Lead and mentor one Channel Ops IC and partner with sales, finance, and enablement.
