Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities, design, engineering, construction, or project management.
• Experience managing complex workplace projects and multi-phase initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple workplace design, construction, renovation, infrastructure, and facilities projects from planning through turnover.
• Protect Genesys interests, balance business goals, employee experience, and technical performance.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk registers; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords, and stakeholders across regions.
• Oversee commissioning, asset documentation, training, and transition to facilities operations.
• Provide technical leadership across building systems and energy performance.
