Job summary

Stussy, Inc. seeks an experienced VP of Global Operations to own strategy, execution, and team leadership across global fulfillment, order management, inventory flow, logistics, and 3PL networks. This in-office role in Los Angeles drives a customer-first operating model to improve product availability and total logistics cost.

The ideal candidate has led operations for a direct-to-consumer apparel brand and can balance strategy with hands-on 3PL/store work, ensuring OTIF and strong service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Experience across fulfillment, order management, inventory flow, and global logistics.
• Proven ability to design multi-3PL networks with clear SLAs and governance.
• Strong cross-functional influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution across global fulfillment and 3PL networks.
• Lead inventory flow and OTIF metrics and service levels.
• Build scalable, customer-first operating model.
• Partner with IT/ERP to scale OMS and inventory integrations.
• Develop leadership and talent across operations teams.
