Product Society is seeking an executive leader to run its 3PL business as a unified unit, owning strategy, P&L, and customer experience across manufacturing and fulfillment. You will direct talent, technology, and process investments while driving profitable growth with measured, scalable systems.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of stabilizing and scaling complex logistics operations for beauty, personal care, or consumer brands.

Qualificações

• Proven 3PL leadership with meaningful P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple functions including warehouse, account management, technology, data, and finance.
• Track record of stabilizing and scale-ing operations under pressure.
• Strong financial management, pricing controls, and cost-to-serve understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Own 3PL strategy, annual operating plan, budget, forecast, capital plan, and full P&L.
• Be accountable for revenue, gross margin, operating profit, cash discipline, and profitability by customer/channel.
• Build reporting and dashboards to drive informed decisions and steady improvements.
• Establish service levels, SOPs, and robust issue-resolution processes.
• Lead organization design and develop leaders across functions.
