Job summary

goop is seeking a strategic VP of Operations to lead the company’s end-to-end operations, including supply chain, production, planning, fulfillment, and logistics. You will shape the operational strategy to drive scalable growth and improve margins across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels.

You will oversee demand and inventory planning, manage 3PL partnerships, and drive optimization of ERP systems and processes while upholding brand experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics or operations management, preferably in beauty/fashion/Luxury CPG.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving cross-functional influence.
• Strong experience with ERP, planning systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term operational strategy aligned with growth and omnichannel distribution.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee sourcing, procurement, production, planning, fulfillment, logistics, and COGS/ops-driven financial results.
• Manage 3PL partnerships, supplier strategy, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
• Lead demand, supply and inventory planning across channels with Finance and teams.
