Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Global Operations to lead operational execution for a major semiconductor client, coordinating large-scale initiatives and workforce ramp efforts on a global scale. You will work with the Global Account Manager and executives to drive accountability, manage vendors, and align product, service, and engineering teams across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the semiconductor industry (capital equipment preferred).
• Experience supporting global customer accounts and cross-functional sales teams.
• Strong operations, production support, or strategic account management background.
• Proven ability to influence, lead, and drive change across global organizations.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution for strategic customer accounts globally.
• Manage customer escalations and drive resolution across internal and external teams.
• Coordinate large-scale installation programs and workforce ramp efforts.
• Support hiring, site expansion, real estate, and operational growth initiatives.
• Partner with customers directly and represent the client in customer-facing meetings.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product Units, Applications, Service, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Host account reviews and provide executive-level operational updates.
• Develop KPI reporting and operational improvement strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and external business partners.
• Drive process improvement, change management, and program management initiatives.
• Support account roadmap execution and long-term strategic planning.
