WGNSTAR is seeking an Account Operations Director in Austin, TX to lead service delivery for key semiconductor equipment accounts. You will manage a team of 5+ and drive KPI performance, safety, quality, and financial outcomes in a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and discretionary bonus.

The role requires 10+ years in operations or service delivery in semiconductors and 5+ years of people leadership, with strong communication and risk-management skills to build durable customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations, account leadership, or service delivery experience in semiconductor equipment, technical services or field service.
• 5+ years experience leading people managers.
• Strong experience managing KPIs and using operational data to drive decisions and performance improvement.
• Demonstrated success leading customer-facing operations in a high-expectation service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience handling escalations, balancing priorities, and driving execution in fast-paced technical environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5+ direct reports.
• Lead day-to-day account operations for semiconductor equipment installation and service support programs.
• Establish, track, and improve KPIs related to service delivery, customer satisfaction, safety, quality, productivity, response time, and financial performance.
• Review operational results and lead corrective actions for gaps, risks, and underperformance.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and reliable execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows, reporting, and service quality.
• Support budget performance, cost control, forecasting, and resource planning across the account.
