Job summary

WGNSTAR is seeking an Account Operations Director to lead service delivery and operational performance for key customer accounts in the semiconductor equipment installation and service support sector. A team of 5+ direct reports will report to you, and you will drive KPI performance, safety, quality, staffing, responsiveness, and financial outcomes.

The role is office-based with a Monday–Friday schedule. Salary ranges from $120k to $160k per year, with discretionary annual bonus and relocation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations, account leadership, or service delivery experience in semiconductor equipment or related fields.
• Experience leading people managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience managing KPIs and using data to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to manage customer-facing operations in a high-expectation service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ direct reports to achieve accountability and high performance.
• Oversee day-to-day account operations across multiple sites or regions.
• Drive KPI performance for service delivery, safety, quality, and financials.
• Lead issue resolution, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster strong customer relationships through proactive communication and reliable execution.
