Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager in the semiconductor manufacturing space. You will lead procurement operations, drive strategic sourcing initiatives, and manage supplier performance to support scalable manufacturing operations.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement, preparation for factory startups, and experience negotiating complex contracts. Expect 10–30% international travel, including a three-month assignment in South Korea, with competitive compensation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing experience.
Experience leading complex supplier negotiations and cost savings initiatives.
Experience managing direct, indirect, and capital equipment procurement categories.
Experience developing sourcing strategies and supplier management programs.
Experience identifying, qualifying, onboarding, and managing suppliers.
Experience utilizing ERP/MRP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement operations and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Oversee supplier management and negotiations to ensure continuity of supply.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and corporate procurement teams.
Support factory startup, cost reduction initiatives, supplier qualification and long-term procurement planning.
Develop scalable procurement processes to support growth across manufacturing operations.
