Job summary

Insight Global is assisting a telecommunications and signal processing company in filling an urgent Director of Operations role. You will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of core operational activities.

You will develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services, with a focus on governance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Operations in a manager level role.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Business Administration background.
• Deep understanding of operational principles, practices, and methodologies, including customer service and production.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and legal guidelines.
• Proficiency in relevant operations management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with department heads to set goals, define KPIs, and monitor progress.
• Build relationships with vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
