Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to make creative, timely and independent decisions.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Fluent in English and Spanish depending on job location and/or customer accounts.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Resolves problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer.
• Analyses a customer’s service needs and coordinates with other service or technical departments to deliver an appropriate solution.
• Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the organization and services to resolve more complex inquiries.
• Uses a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
• Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
• Comply with the requirements of the company’s Quality Management System.
