Job summary

Pegasus Logistics Group is seeking a skilled supervisor to manage the flow of goods and information across the supply chain. You will coordinate with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, and transportation to optimize operations and meet KPIs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years in related areas, and at least 1 year in a leadership/ supervisory capacity. Fluency in English and Spanish and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years of related experience.
• 1+ year in a lead, supervisory, or management role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; English and Spanish fluent.
• Ability to make creative, timely, independent decisions; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees flow of goods, resources and information to support KPIs.
• Leads a team and coordinates with procurement, production, inventory, distribution and transportation.
• Responds to bottlenecks, proposes solutions, and monitors supplier performance.
• Ensures compliance with the Quality Management System.
