Connect Tech+Talent is seeking a Director of Global Operations & Compliance to lead cross-functional operations across software, hardware, logistics, and e-commerce platforms. The role emphasizes automation, process improvement, and international supply chain coordination.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in operations with startup experience and a strong tech mindset to drive integrations, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business ops, tech, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in a small business, startup, or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong combination of business operations, technology, and execution.
• Application development background or strong technical understanding; comfortable with software and hardware.
• Experience managing vendors and external business partners.
• Experience with international manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or ecommerce strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of business systems, integrations, APIs, process automation, and AI tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through completion.

Responsabilités

• Manage critical SaaS systems, vendors, business applications, and day-to-day operational reliability.
• Oversee China-based factories and manufacturing partners; production, purchase orders, product costs, inspections, and issues.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight, customs, warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment in the US and Europe; manage relationships with warehouses, distributors, and resellers.
• Oversee Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WMS, and other business systems integrations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using technology and AI tools; collaborate with leadership and technical teams to improve systems and workflows.
• Build scalable processes, solve cross-functional problems, lead operational projects end to end, and take on new responsibilities as the company evolves.
