We are seeking a builder-operator who takes high-impact constraints from discovery through measurable outcomes, parachuting into unfamiliar domains and delivering durable, scalable solutions across HR, Finance, Engineering capacity, and more.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, drive adoption, and deliver non-linear leverage by redesigning workflows or governance.

Qualifications

• Builder-operator with end-to-end ownership and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Systems thinker who can map workflows, capacity and decision systems quickly.
• Influence without authority, mobilizing cross-functional stakeholders across teams.
• Strong prioritization and judgment to distinguish root causes from symptoms.
• Analytical rigor using data to prove impact rather than relying on anecdotes.
• High ownership through implementation and durable, lasting changes.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Nice-to-have FinTech or brokerage exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own prioritized constraints end-to-end from discovery to measurable outcome.
• Work across domains (HR, Finance, Engineering, operations) to identify bottlenecks.
• Design, automate, and govern processes and leverage engineering as needed.
• Partner with senior leaders to mobilize resources and drive adoption.
• Create non-linear leverage through workflow redesign or org design.
