Qualifications
- 3+ years in broker-dealer, financial services, or crypto operations.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Excel.
- Familiarity with crypto trading, wallets, and basic blockchain concepts.
Responsibilities
- Daily surveillance of customer activity and risk checks.
- Perform daily trading and cash management tasks.
- Monitor and manage cryptocurrency trade execution and exceptions.
- Manage cryptocurrency inventory accounts and reconciliations.
- Analyze data and audit general ledger entries for discrepancies.
- Support Anti-Money Laundering investigations and related workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes, tools, and policies.
- Communicate complex topics clearly to internal and external partners.
