Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered, global leader in brokerage infrastructure, is seeking a People Operations Partner to own the day-to-day People Ops engine for our global workforce. You’ll manage onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle transactions, data quality, and employee support while collaborating on employee relations and cross‑functional projects.

This hands-on role spans regions/time zones and emphasizes compliant, human processes as we scale, with opportunities to apply AI to reduce busywork

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in People Operations or HR operations.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle across regions/time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidential information.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and HR systems; data quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle transactions, and data quality.
• Provide employee support and partner on employee relations and analytics.
• Coordinate cross-functional People projects across regions and time zones.
• Maintain audit-ready HRIS records and dashboards; flag gaps early.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to reduce manual work while preserving privacy.
