Oracle is seeking a Principal Operational Excellence Program Manager to lead a multi-region Center of Excellence focused on end-to-end process optimization using Lean Six Sigma. You will drive governance, strategic roadmaps, and capability building across Data Center Engineering, Delivery, Supply Chain and Operations.

The role emphasizes a data-driven approach with dashboards, OC​​M, and stakeholder alignment to achieve velocity, quality, and value capture in cloud infrastructure deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale operational excellence, transformation programs.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt with DMAIC and Value Stream Mapping.
• Proven TOM/CoE design and multi-region rollout experience.
• Strong technical background in data center deployment or systems architecture.
• Data analytics and KPI dashboard creation using SQL/PowerBI/Tableau/Python/R.
• Extensive experience in organizational change management and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Formalize the Operational Excellence charter, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma-driven process optimization and mapping across regions.
• Design and deploy an integrated transformation dashboard for real-time metrics.
• Align program strategy with executive priorities across Data Center, Delivery, and Ops.
• Oversee vendor governance, SLAs/KPIs, and cross-functional reviews.
• Establish CoE structures, capability development, and change management.
