Job summary

Oracle is seeking a high-energy Program Manager to lead the Data Center Supplier Services & Business Operations team within Cloud Infrastructure. You will own supplier performance, contract management, and compliance across global colo sites, partnering with Datacenter Operations, Site Selection, and Finance to drive efficiency and risk mitigation.

The role requires strategic vision, tactical execution, and the ability to navigate remote teams, complex changes, and fast-paced environments

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management or fast-paced operational support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strategic and tactical thinking with collaboration across virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance for global colocation data centers.
• Develop and implement supplier management strategies and policies.
• Collaborate across engineering, field operations, procurement, and finance.
• Drive efficiencies with automation and ensure SLAs and executive reporting.
• Provide timely support to internal stakeholders and manage tickets and metrics.
