Job summary

Orenco Systems, Inc. in Oregon seeks a Continual Improvement Manager to lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality. You will manage a productivity project portfolio, coach teams, and deliver data-driven improvements to quality and efficiency.

You will partner with Finance to validate savings, develop charters, and sustain gains while staying current with trends in digital tools, analytics, and automation. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong financial acumen to develop business cases and validate savings.
• Proficient in data analysis, project management, and cross-functional coaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the continual improvement strategy and project portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional Lean/Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, Kaizen, 5S.
• Coach teams on problem solving, root cause analysis, and standard work.
• Validate financial benefits and deliver sustained improvements.
• Prepare dashboards and leadership updates on portfolio health.
