Job summary
Grande is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence to drive enterprise-wide improvements across our manufacturing network. You will champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to boost productivity and cost efficiency, while guiding a team of OpEx professionals and building organizational capability.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, and Finance to embed a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable results, including
Qualifications
- Four-year/Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Eight+ years of related proven experience in a similar role with a track record in continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide Operational Excellence initiatives improving productivity, quality, and performance.
- Provide leadership to a team of Operational Excellence professionals and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, and Zero Loss practices to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Lead and evolve the Operations Rotational Program to develop future leaders.
