Oracle is seeking a senior leader to oversee Data Center Operations across multiple facilities in the United States. You will manage performance metrics, drive capacity planning, and coordinate with project and engineering teams to meet expansion timelines and world-class standards.

You will lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts while standardizing processes and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Data Center Operations team across multiple data centers.
• Integrates operations metrics into broader business line strategy.
• Directs performance evaluations for multiple teams and integrates findings.
• Directs teams for escalated complex technical issues and crisis management.
• Leads new region builds and expansion activities, liaising with project and engineering teams.
• Guides installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics; enforces upgrade standards.
