Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior transformation consultant to design and lead GBS and operating models spanning Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain. You will manage multi‑process programs, leverage automation and AI, and drive value through analytics and governance, engaging with global stakeholders. Strong leadership and executive storytelling are essential.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end transformation, from workshops to transition, with a focus on data-driven decision making and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Eight (8)+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-state GBS and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Ops.
• Assess organizational/process maturity and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Lead large-scale multi-process transformation programs with automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and intelligent workflows.
• Establish service management frameworks including SLAs/OLAs, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive transitions and readiness across global networks with change management and risk mitigation.
• Embed data platforms and analytics into core GBS/finance operations.
• Design and deliver future-state finance processes and data models.
